Welcome to Livish! These Terms and Conditions of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Livish website, mobile application, and all associated services (together referred to as the “Platform”). By using Livish, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.
1. About Livish
Livish is an online marketplace platform that enables users to browse, purchase, and redeem product deals and offers from independent third-party sellers (“Vendors”). Livish does not own or produce the products sold by Vendors.
2. User Eligibility and Account
- You must be at least 16 years old to create an account and use the Platform.
- You agree to provide accurate and complete information during registration and to keep your account credentials confidential.
- You are solely responsible for activities that occur under your account.
- Livish reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts involved in fraudulent activity or violations of these Terms.
3. Products and Deals
- All products listed on Livish are provided by third-party Vendors.
- Each Vendor is responsible for the accuracy of product listings, descriptions, prices, and images.
- All deals must reflect genuine discounts from original retail prices as required by Livish policy.
- Livish reserves the right to remove any listings that violate its pricing or discount rules.
4. Order Processing and Payment
- All orders are subject to acceptance and availability.
- Prices are shown in Kuwaiti Dinar (KWD) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.
- Payment must be made at the time of placing the order via approved methods, including credit/debit cards, Tabby, or other payment gateways integrated with the Platform.
5. Shipping and Delivery
- Livish manages shipping logistics for all orders placed on the Platform.
- Within Kuwait: 1–2 business days
- Outside Kuwait: 3–7 business days
- Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by external factors such as holidays or customs.
- Users will receive order tracking information upon dispatch.
6. Returns and Refunds
- Customers may request returns within 14 days of receiving the product, subject to the following:
- The product is unused, undamaged, and in original packaging
- Proof of purchase is provided
- Return shipping will be handled by Livish.
- Refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days after the returned item is inspected.
- Some categories (e.g., personal care, perishables) may be non-returnable unless defective.
7. Disputes and Customer Support

8. User Conduct
By using Livish, you agree not to:
- Submit false orders or misrepresent yourself
- Harass, abuse, or threaten other users, vendors, or Livish staff
- Post false, misleading, or defamatory reviews or content
- Violate any applicable laws or regulations
Livish reserves the right to suspend or terminate access for users found in violation.
9. Vendor Responsibility
- Vendors must honor deals, ship products promptly, and provide accurate product data.
- Vendors are prohibited from listing counterfeit goods, misrepresenting discounts, or engaging in fraudulent behavior.
- Livish reserves the right to delist or ban vendors who breach platform rules.
10. Intellectual Property
All Platform content — including text, graphics, logos, trademarks, images, and software — is the property of Livish or its licensors and protected by Kuwaiti and international intellectual property laws. Unauthorized use is strictly prohibited.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Livish is not liable for:
- Product defects or misinformation from vendors
- Delivery delays or damages caused by third-party logistics
- Losses resulting from misuse of the Platform or third-party actions
12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Kuwait. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Kuwait.
13. Modifications to Terms
Livish reserves the right to update or amend these Terms at any time. Changes will be communicated via email or posted on the Platform. Continued use after changes indicates your acceptance.
14. Product Disclaimer
Livish is a marketplace platform and does not manufacture, inspect, or warrant the products listed by Vendors. While we require Vendors to comply with our policies, including the prohibition of counterfeit goods, Livish cannot guarantee the authenticity, quality, legality, or safety of products listed on the Platform. This includes, but is not limited to, counterfeit goods, defective or damaged items, inaccurate descriptions or images, misleading pricing, expired products, or adverse reactions caused by the use of personal care or cosmetic items. Any claims regarding such issues must be directed to the Vendor. Livish will, where appropriate, assist in facilitating communication or resolution but assumes no liability for any Vendor-related issues.
